By signing up for baseball lessons with House of Arms I agree that I will not hold House of Arms, Alex House, or any of the staff liable for any injuries that may occur during lessons or while at the facility being used. There is a 12 hour Cancellation fee of $40. If you cancel a lesson 3 hours before lesson starts or no call no show there will be no refunds or if prepaid you will lose that hour. All payments are due upon booking your session. Time slots are first come first serve. To ensure your time slot it is best to text 407-353-7108 to book your lessons.       1 lesson a week or 4 times a month. we give 5 weeks max to complete.
       

      • Homeschool academy

        750$
        Every month
        Monday- thursdays 10AM- 1PM. includes hitting, fielding, pitching,speed/agility, arm care, stretching/mobility workouts.
         
        • We do accept homeschool scholarships!

      • Pitching 2X a week

        600$
        Every month
        2x a week or 8 lessons per month. 5 weeks max to complete. please contact 4073537108 when this form is completed and when youd like to start this package

          full access of facility 9am-9pm everyday
           
          • Must be actively taking private or group lessons
